Default nds lite 86 games in 1 cartridge

hi ...g/f's dad brought his dsl down for me to look at he has one of them cartridges that has 86 games on it ,,,,he can nolonger play them....memory full by the looks of it 0mb free and says free disk not enough when you try to load a game...............

its not like a r4 or edge etc so cant remove a memory card and delete save file or game to free up some space ....any one know how to edit these cartridges........tried pressing every button but no menu etc pops up...help any 1 ..........

yes they normally have a card that goes in the gba slot, then you attach a usb to the gba card.
