Okay, for quite a while now, I have been using Acoustica's MP3 Burner software in order to burn my MP3s to CD-R. I recently upgraded to a new PC and D/L the latest version (V3.01) and everything seemed to work as usual (just select the MP3s that I want and burn to disc) but when I popped it in my home CD player it gets the error each time. I burned a couple of discs and they wouldn't work. So I tried Recordnow Max and still no-go. So I decide to take them with me in the car tonight and every single one of them plays without a hitch in my car. I bring them home and try them out on a different CD Player and they all play without a hitch. I have used these discs before (Fujifilm CD-R with the light blue Taiyo Yuden dye) on the same software (different machine) and they have played fine on my home CD Player. My player is a dinosour (turns out it was made in 1988  ) but it plays all my other CD-Rs without a hitch. Is there some sort of way that I need to configure this differently or something?

I sometimes had similar media compatibility problems m8, especially with older players. I found the burned discs would work better if I burned them in DAO and at slower speed.

I'm burning at 16x. Never used DAO.
