DMS4 installed, no video and disk tray not responding

i have just installed a solderless DMS4 pro mod chip and now my ps2 switches on with no video output and the disk tray doesnt respond or have the blue light on the button. wots going on wit it, does anyone know?

Try taking it off and see if it works if he clips are not in perfect position it wont work I here
