Sorry if I missed any instructions but I couldn't find anything on cobra bios
update from disc. Do I just burn a DVD with the BIOS image and try and boot it from the Cobra menu ?

Yeah I saw your posts and I wasn't sure if you finally managed it that
way or not.
Have you actually seen any "official" instructions on how you are supposed to do it ?

I got it to work no problem.
I inserted an original disc. Powered up the cube, cobra 0.4 started up
went to the browse disc option, then browse DVD, waited until it said
"Swap Disc Now" swapped the original disc for the DVD-R with Cobra 1.0 and it flashed OK....

The new cobra 1.1 bios (real official release) has a .iso file which will let you burn to a dvd with any program that burnes .iso files (nero, alcohol 120%, dvd decrypter, etc...) and just boot it up and flash.
Going to try it.
EDIT: Just tried it, didnt work. So I hooked up my GC to my comp and all is fine.
