i have had to copy the contents of a ps2 dvdr game to my hdd.is there away to make an image with these files?or by dragin all the files into nero or rnmx and making a data dvd?but what mode would i burn them in?

isobuster is the only thing I can think of that will make an image from files, if it was a cdr you could try cdgenps2 but I don't believe it supports dvdr.HTH

someone made cdloader into dvd loader maybe they can make the same change with that program

dvd mode1/2048 with nero or whatever as data

mkisofs will make isos too

don't know really, cdloader is a homebrew app that bipasses the new double elf protection that newer games are equipped with in conjunction with a boot disk, lhys09915 wants something to repack a dvd image.......

Highly unlikely, cdgenps2(made with SDK) was an iso tool "obtained" from $ony developer's and was the only real insight into PS2 images. (dvdgenps2) would be the answer to so many problems, but I don't believe anyone wants to go through the legal troubles to follow if they did a port on this proggie.

cdgenps2 is not a official product, its freeware.
cdvdgen is official and supports cds and dvd5/9

dvd is mode 1, cds are mode 2. cdgenps2 will not work for dvd.

Try UltraISO (http://ezbsys.com/download/uiso7_me.exe) and burn with Nero.

ISO buster should work as someone stated, burn with Alcohol120%. I have tryed this before (Sonic Hereos) and it worked.
