i have windows xp installed on my home pc and just got a second pc to use when staying at my dads what i want to know is can i install the same xp cd on it as it is for myself?or will i have to fork out for another xp disc?thanks

You can, but it wouldnt be legal. To make it legal you would need to buy another disc.

pretty much, If you live in america best buy has xp home upgrade for $40 after rebate. Liceneses are cheaper when bought in volumes.
