Anyone know how to transfer dvr to pc. (comcast/motorola)

I was just wondering which method was the easiest for transferring recordings from my motorola dvr (rented by comcast) to my pc. The dvr has usb, firewire, and ethernet jacks so I was just wondering which is better before I spend the money on 30 feet of cable.

might want to make sure the ports are active. Comcast disables the USB, ethernet, and firewire ports on their Hi-Def boxes, not sure about dvr. Something else to check into before buying 30 feet of cable.

Your also going to have an interesting time trying to find software to interface with the dvr box.
