I have problem to get into my yahoo site and yahoo mail

I need some help, recently I can't get to yahoo webpage (sometime I can get to but the page not come up completely). Also I can get to mail.yahoo.com, and when I sign in to my email, it keep getting the message say Error page can not found, but I can login from other computer. Is that the problem of virus or spyware??? I have scan my system with ad-aware and virus from zone arlam.
Any reply I'm very appriciate.

You can try updating your Internet Explorer, sometime lack of security om the browser may cause this 'lag' problem.

I have updated my IE and all of the security require for my windows from window update, but I still have the error. One more thing is that when I use dial up to connect to internet, it is working and can go to any site I want, but when I using my Cable network, only yahoo (yahoo mail) that I can't login - I can get to hotmail and other mail services).
First I think it is because of network, but I come to my other computer, and it work, only the on in my room can't access
