Please print out these instructions.

Turn off system restore.

Make sure that you can view all hidden files and folders by doing the following.
Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked.

Reboot into safe mode.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
Internet Optimizer

Run HijackThis and fix the following entries...

Go into HijackThis->Config->Misc. Tools->Open process manager. Select the following and click Kill process for each one.
There may be more than one instance of each.

Delete the following files (If there's not a path listed, you'll need to search for them)
hotkeysvc.exe
acltprio.exe
C:\WINDOWS\WINFRW.EXE
wpnls.exe

Delete the following folder
C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer

Next empty your temp folders by by clicking on Start and then run, and type %temp% and press the ok button.
This should open up the temp directory that your machine uses. Please delete all files that are
found there. Do this same process for %windir%\temp.

Open Internet Explorer, and click on the Tools menu and then Internet
Options. At the General tab, which should be the first tab you arecurrently on, click on the Delete Files button and put a checkmark in Delete offline content.
Then press the OK button. Then empty the recycle bin.

Reboot, run hijackthis again, and post the log here.

You're almost there... :)

Open task manager, and end the CXTPLS process.

Open HijackThis, run a scan, then check to fix the following entry.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {016235BE-59D4-4CEB-ADD5-E2378282A1D9} - C:\Program Files\CxtPls\cxtpls.dll

Reboot into safe mode and delete the following folder...

C:\Program Files\CxtPls\

Reboot normally and run HijackThis again and post the log here.

Your log looks clean. :)
However it would be highly recommended to use a good firewall, anti-virus program, and Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html) and SpywareBlaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) to prevent this from recurring. If you need any more advice feel free to post back. :)
