I've had one of these for about 3 months now and apart from looking fantastic it's been flawless in every respect:-

Always used LG monitors for myself and for customers and never, ever had a single problem with one yet.

Well really depends what your after and what you use it for, If you want space saving get yourself a TFT and if space isn't a problem then you should go for a quality 19" CRT monitor as you'll get one for less than the price of a 15" TFT, I know what i'd prefer and it aint a TFT.

don't laugh guys but i bought one of these and actually took it back to the shop ,it was great for graphic images but i didn't like it cause the text looked a bit fuzzy round the edges despite me altering all the settings etc...
the guy at the shop told me that's because it don't refresh itself as often as a crt monitor .so for me personally i like my 19" crt monitor .but hey ! we all have our preferences .

A TFT monitor will look fuzzy at anything less than full resolution, it is a limitation of the technology. So if you use 1024x768 on a 1280 monitor, it'll be fuzzy.

I've been involved in installing hundreds of TFT Screens for VOSA and have had to explain this one over and over again. At less than full res, and at some refresh rates (I've noticed some of them tend to not "like" 75Hz for some reason), many TFTs also have a tendency to not focus correctly, leading to a blurred line either on one side or down the middle.

They're a good technology, but if you have the space a high quality CRT will beat a TFT every time.

How do the games look on it laz? Any tearing? What on Space Invaders and Galaxian m8? Not that I've noticed.

You will realise from that comment that alas I am not a gamer apart from the older retro games which all look A1 on it. :)
