I want to put a couple of movies onto 1 dvd-r using dvdshrink. What bitrate can i use cos i was thinking of using 2100 mb for each movie. Is this too low or can i up the bitrate a bit more.

Also if anyone knows the bitrate for to fit 3 movies onto dvd-r because i bought a childsplay 1-2-3 dvd-r and that looks very good ...

Cheers

Don't think you can use DVD Shrink to put 2 movies onto 1 dvdr. You'll have to rip each dvd, re-encode each movie then author with sommat like Spruce, Architect etc

You can use the reauthor function in DVDshrink to put 3 movies onto one DVD but I reckon the quality will be awful. The bitrate used is determined by shrink based on the number of seconds used by video, audio etc, plus overheads. There is no need to figure it out yourself apart from tweaking the compression ratios. Using shrink you'd also lose the ability of selecting the movie you want to watch quickly because there won't be a menu.
