Scheduled downloads with newsgroups

I was wondering if there is any way of scheduling any downloads on a time basis.

My provider allows almost unlimited downloads from 1am to 8am. I do not fancy sitting up to 1 oclock so is there a way to set a batch and initiate it at 1 oclock.

Any help appreciated.

To be honest I can't remember seeing a newsreader that allows scheduling (haven't really looked for one though), there used to be a small program that worked with Forte Agent but that was years ago, If you can't find a suitable program an option may be to use windows scheduling (lookup scheduling in windows help), you may be able to set something up to launch a program and start downloading at certain times (some newsreaders can be set to start downloading as soon as they open).

Maybe Newsbin Pro? It has a resume download on start function. You could maybe make an easy windows macro with a macro program to lauch that program at 1am.
