Broadband question

can you connect to broadband using someone elses phone line. My bro is with aol, i am with bt. both lines are adsl activated but his pc wont connect from my house.

When you sign up for broadband your specific phone line is activated by your ISP for your account. SO, his pc won't connect from any other phone line.
