Problems with movie files

I have a .MDS iso file and used Alcohol do burn it. The game boots and is fully-playable, but when a movie file is being executed it freezes a few times from second to second...This is a bit annoying x_x. What should I do?

We need more info. What media are you using? What burner? What firmware?
