i want too install svcdtodvd but their site says i must install .net framework the last time i had .net on it caused problems like had to log on as a user, might seem trivial but it makes booting up longer

can i install .net like a codec were it just runs in the background and does not effect the way my computer runs

thanks

No, not to my knowledge.

It's not that bad really, apart from clicking on your username on startup I don't notice anything else and it does not really take any longer to boot if you click your username quickly. :D

For only £10 it is worth trying Svcdd2DVD too so don't let .NET put you off.

There is a workaround for the logon thing.
