Media for NEC 2500a

Ive just bought a NEC 2500a from SVP as it was only £59.99 and I also ordered a tub of Ritek A-Grade inkjet printable dvd-r with it.

Question is, are these discs any good or could you recommend any better inkjet printable discs.

i think you'll get a mixed answer on that mate because some people have had problems using the NEC2500 with ritek while others have found them to be ok.

That is true there does seem to be an issue for some NEC2500A users and Ritek media. If you want the absolute best of the best then go with Taiyo Yuden.

i bought the same from svp.... i've been using datawrite red v3, and they have been good.... burning at 4x like it states.. but not used any others... on svp it states the compatible discs you can use, and also on the nec site there is a pdf you can download which gives you more disc brands... Might be worth getting the sample pack svp provide to test which ones work best and then go on that basis.....
