had a neo chip fitted and now PS2 does not work

I had a neo chip fitted to my ps2 fitted to my ps2, and when it was posted back to me it did not work. Now the ps2 wont read any discs, its quite an old ps2, so could the laser have gone???

Can anyone repair my ps2 in the Leeds or Derby area???

Neo chip? Aren't they pretty old?

Yes, your laser may have gone, or it may be a bad install. You could try claiming from whoever you used to post it if the laser has gone in between the chipper sending it and you receiving it.
