Ok guys, i am in the process of writing my
final year dissertation and need to create a
questionaire that will be sent out via E mail.
Do any of you guys have any standard Excel
questionaire templates that could help or anything
that i could create a questionaire from that could be
filled out and sent back to me.
I want to make it as easy to fill out as possible so the
user will take the 5 mins to fill it rather than throw it in
there deleted items folder, therfore easy buttons for yes
no answers etc
