I recently did a defrag in Win98SE and since then Outlook won't load and I get an error message saying MSOE.DLL is corrupt. What would be the easiest way to rectify the problem?

If you go into add remove programs is there a change button next to Office if there is click on it and tell it to repair the office installation. This will certainly work in XP or Windows 2000 but I'm not 100% about Win98. You could also try and find the file on another machine and replace it on your machine but you will need the exact file from the same version of Office if these don't work just uninstall and reinstall office making sure to backup your pst files so you can restore your emails afterwards if need be
