major prob here?????

just turned on other pc which is not connected to internet,just use it for burning etc, running xp pro
go this message with a blue screen

if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardwareor software.
disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need tio use safe mode or remove or disable components,restart computer, press f8 to select startup options,and then select safe mode.

start windows normally

cant get into bios as dont know password

any ideas anyone

take the battery out of the mother board for a few seconds then replace it.you should be able to go into bios.

formatted disc .reinstalled xp over 98 again and all ok
