I am thinking about getting the Blaze Ultimate Scart Cable (RGB) for PS2 but will this be ok on the slim psTwo?
I mostly play import games and have noticed the supplied cable is not very good as it shows the game colour in black and white.
will the Blaze Ultimate Scart Cable overcome this? I have a samsung video/tv combo 14in television which has a scart input at the back. not sure if it can handle RPG though.
any advice and facts?

i think the blaze ultimate scart cable is very good.
i was usin the sony cables which come with the slim ps2.i then ordered an xploder v5 and got the blaze cable free, plugged it in and the quality is amazin.
lot deeper colours
the reason imports play black and white or sometimes green as i found out when i had the old ps2 when it 1st came out is because the scart only has a few pins in it.
think the pins are in a diff place over in the US,JAP,ect.
sony only stick them in cause there the only ones really needed but it gives cr*p quality.
the blaze rgb scart has all the pins so better quality.
i have mine rigged upto a 14" sony which must be 10years old atleast and its fine.all tv's these days have an rgb scart so you should be fine.

TV's in the US and most of Japan use RCA or S-Video connectors, not scart connectors.
No matter what country you are in, or what connection standard is used by your TV's, the default cables shipped with a PS2 only pass a composite video signal.
Problems with import games playing in Black and White are usually because of mismatched video signals, such as NTFS on a PAL television (or vice versa).
