How do I delete all the history, cookies and files from the internet on company pc?
Where can I find the files ... in the Temp History folder or something?
When tries via "Tools > Internet Options" the pc will crash when attempting to delete the files, as I presume IT dept have blocked this feature.
Recently visited websites and cookies can be cleared, but not the files...

See if you can right click on the internet explorer and go to properties, maybe having the browser open is what is causing it to crash. You can also go this route, my computer--> c drive-->docs and settings-->your profile-->local settings and delete the contents of the folders that way.

On the internet options "Tools"
it says the files are locating at:
C drive > Docs & Settings > "my name" > Local Settings > Temp Internet
HOWEVER .... I do not have the LOCAL SETTINGS on my pc, that I can see!

Are you logging on using a roaming user profile?

Oh crap, i forgot. In tools-->folder options, click the veiw tab, and check show hidden files. You will see it then. You are running xp or 2000 right?

Roaming user profile? I have my own username & password, and can use any pc (if in another location) and access my own dedicated drives on the server.
Most of the time I am at my own PC though...
PC is running on Windows 2000 SP3.
Where is the "Tools > Folder Options etc etc" ...
its not on the C drive, or on the Internet Explorer's Tools Menu... (I think)

In the Internet Explorer... went to :
