help with evo and ms dash

hi
i have a chiped xbox that use to load up with the evo dash so you could get to the apps and hard drive and all the bits that come with it.
but now when you start the xbox you get the ms dash and you cannot get to the hard drive or any of the apps .
have i pressed a button wrong when i started the xbox
can any1 help please

what modchip you got softmod etc

sorry dont know what chip it has but it would be an old one as we have had it a few years and it was second hane when we brought it. it is not softmoded it still plays our backup of our orignal games but we cant get to the hard drive and all the apps and games on it

It might be your evox.ini got corrupted can you ftp to your xbox and post the text from the file also check all other contents of your drive when you ftp too

In addition it could be that you have a loose connection on your chip.
