quick question about avi files

hi can anyone help
i d/l 3 avi files
csi.miami.311.hdtv-lol.avi
\CSI.New.York.S01E10.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi
csi.510.hdtv-lol.avi

i usually play these in media player or winamp but they are usualy not the hdtv version

when i try to play then i get the picture for a sec then it is just the sound

am i doing something wrong or is it the files a re faulty
just thought it funny all 3 doing the same
and never had problem with normal ep.

hdtv is just the source, the actual files are just regular XviD AVI files with vbr mp3 audio. I would suggest updating your version of XviD. 1.0.3 is just out. Could also try the files with something like mplayer or VLC to see that the files themselves aren't faulty.

The other issue though is whether XviD is being used or not to decode.
