In ms paint you chose save as and the default save location is my pictures under my documents. How can I change that save location to different folder? Its for my boss......I need some brownie points.

Why are you useing Paint!!?-----Click on "Save As", when save window opens, at top left you'll see a "Save In"--narrow window with Arrow on right side...Click that arrow n it will open wider to show you where all your Folders are...PICK ONE of your choice!!!

My boss uses it for some reason and he uses it alot. He has a specific folder he saves this stuff to, so he wants it to automatically go straight to that folder when he uses the "save as" instead of it always wanting to save it in my documents. Basically is is a lazy SOB and doesnt feels like going through the drop down window to find his folder, he wants it there to begin with.

One partial solution:

Use the registry to change the location of "My Pictures" to "your boss' porn folder". So go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders\My Pictures

and modify the file path. Also same change may be needed in "user shell folders" if he has users setup. Of course this now means that ANY program which saves automatically to My Pictures will default to "your boss' porn folder" ... but it solves your original problem :)
