How to back up Jet Set Radio and Sega GT dual disk?

How can I back up my Seag GT and Jet Set Radio dual disk? I transfered it from xbox to pc, but its 4.88 gigs. I know nothing about ripping. Is it possible to just delete some files or will I have to do more than that?

if however you you want to keep it as it is and just remove the demos to keep the multi <4.38GB but otherwise as it is- go here (http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=140537) and look for the segat gt jet set radio game. check the bumf at the top to find out what the different colouring means
