IPOD Question ?

Hi probably gonna buy one of these off ebay soon im just wondering with the difference is between the apple ipods and the +HP ones. I know it says there the same on there but just wondered if you guys could clarify it.

One has the word HP on the box and case and is mostly sold thru HP, the other does not. What more do you need clarification about? :)
