Bought this tv last week , had it delivered on saturday .
Set it up and loaded up GTA San Andreas just to test it out , on the loading screen (which is black with white text in the middle) theres a green line along the top right hand side of the screen. It appears on a black screen then fades out as which or another colour comes through(so during normal play the screen appears as normal).
Noticed it on a DVD too , again when the screen goes black this line appears. More annoyingly is that there is a little discoloration at the top of the screen too.This only seemed to be noticable on a dvd.
These problems occured on av1 & av2 , both rgb inputs , I havent seen the problem on normal tv stations.
Searched on google and found that sonys dont like being moved too much , best result I could find to my problem was on amazon for a different sony tv in which the reviewer said the line dissapeared after a while.
Was just wondering if anyone else had come across a similar problem on a sony and if so is there any fix ??
The tv has been fixed into the loft of my house , getting it up was a nightmare , i dont even want to think about getting it back down !!!
