Is there a way to move your account without the use of the memory card?, i mean, i want to move my account from xbox A wich is not banned to xbox B, i was thinking deleting the account in xbox A and then using recovering account in xbox B, is that possible?

You can do that, BUT if the xbox B's hardware is banned (Something they have been doing lately) then your account will go with it! There are all kinds of new theories on exactly what gets accounts/hardware banned floating around recently, so be careful.

Just go into your new xbox and do an account recovery.

Xbox's B is not banned at all, it's not modded, so after account recovery, do i have to delete the account in xbox's A? if so, how?

You don't have to delete it at all. If both of the xbox's are not banned you can actually use the account on both. But if you WANT to delete it, just go to the memory section of the MS dash and delete the account, it will be almost at the bottom, after the saves.
