Is there such a thing as a Digital Camera (NOT Camcorder) with Night Shot?
Im in the market of buying a new camera and wanted to know if they had any out with night mode. So the pictures would come out green/black or white/black?
Cheers

Sony have been making them for a while now, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-V3 7.2 Megapixel is a cracker for the price, I have used one, I like everything about it, it's fast, nice to handle, zeiss etc etc. I have used other Sony's with infra red night shot, I recommend cameras2u.com I have nothing to do with them but have purchased 3 Olympus cameras & a Canon i965 in the past 2 years. I have a 5060 & 8080 at present, I can hear you thinking if the Sony is so good why do I own 2 Olympus. I have always liked Olympus and have been using them for more than 20 years and have no reason to change, but if I sold them tomorrow I would buy one, I doubt if you will find someone who owns one who has anything to say they do not like about it.

You can buy an "infra-red" lens or filter for some digital cameras too iirc.
it may work out cheaper that way to buy a filter for a camera. I'm not sure of prices for cameras with that option built in though.
