Avaconfig 1.1 will do the donkey work for you in a nice windows environment with buttons windows etc. If you have a connection, and you point it to the the avalaunch.xml, it will edit the one on the xbox for you! just do a reboot once its finshed to load up the new settings
The only thing i can fault it for (and this is minor to the extreme) is that it only has provision fro 3 news feeds, but hey i'm being picky here and trying to justify the 3 hrs i spent doing the xml! :D
