34 WinRAR's, 1 RAR & 1 SFV. How do i convert these to a VCD or MPG?

I have managed to get some files from an FTP and need to convert to an MPG.

I have 34 winRAR's, 1 rar & 1 sfv files and not sure what tool to use to convert these?

Any help?

You need Winrar (http://www.rarlab.com/index.htm) or similar to extract from rar files, after installing and opening Winrar, in Winrar browse to the folder containing the rar files and select the one with the extension .rar then hit the extract button, alternatively right click on the .rar file and from the right click menu select either "extract" or "extract to here", "extract to here" will extract to the same folder that contains the rar files.

The SFV file is a verification file, you can use a program like this (http://www.freewarefiles.com/programs.php?ProgramID=6223&categoryid=9&subcategoryid=95) to verify that the rar files are complete.
