a freind brought a ps2 for me to look at.when i opened it up the reset ribbon had been cut in half so i replaced it.there were no lights on so i checked the fuses on the small board v3 ps2 and one was faulty.replaced it the red light now comes on but when pressed the ps2 fan spins but the light on the reset keeps flashing green.any ideas what the problem is?
