DVD Playback Problem

Trying to play 8 mile dvd - dont know what kind it is, its on bulkpaq and on 2dvds - weird i know but i cant get ti to play with sound and my xbox has neve rbeena fan of dvds, HELP! WMP wont play at all and Real1 will only play without sound, thanks
