www.ebuyer.com (http://www.ebuyer.com) is very cheap, have built several systems from here.
or when you know exactly what you want goto www.pricerunner.co.uk (http://www.pricerunner.co.uk) this compares prices fromits database and churns out the cheapest for you. great for loads of things, try it.

The Asus A7A266-E is a 266MHz FSB mobo based on the Ali M1647 chipset so the fastest CPU you can use is Athlon XP 2600+/266Mhz. However, you'll need to check with Asus site to see if it can handle XP 2600+/266Mhz with latest BIOS. This chips costs ~ $70 USD (OEM, streetprice). You can go with a cheaper CPU such as XP 2400+ (~ $60) or XP 2000+ (~ $50).
Ask people in CoOp forum.
