Ps2 V7 Duo Chip Help

i have a duo installed but nothing boots all my connections look good no spilled solder nothing touching can anyone help?

Are you booting it correctly? You have to switch it on from standby with the Eject button with a Duo modchip.

If it still doesn't work, uninstall the chip, check everything works, and try again.
