I just installed this game, everything was great for 5 mins then I started to hear this static through my speakers, tried setting the Compatible Mode in the Sound options and that fixed the static problem but now the weapon fire isnt in sync with the gun, you can fire a gun and you wont hear the sound until about a second later.
I have an ASUS A7N8X motherboard with onboard 5.1 sound, I have just installed the latest nForce drivers and I went to the ASUS website and installed the latest AC97 drivers but the problem is still present.
Anyone else had a similar problem with this game or any other?
