I got an olympus digital camera last year and installed the software on the p.c I was using then, now I have a new p.c and want to install it on it but I cant find the registration code anywhere and cannot install it without it. Anyone have an idea if I can find this on my old p.c or install it without the code?? Any help would be great!

quite often the code for these type of programs is shown on the 'splash screen' that usually pops up as the program starts

or maybe stored in the registry key of the software installed.
OC1888 : Welcome to DVDROM-Guide http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/t_up.gif.
I have Camedia software that came with an Olympus camera to and the serial number is in the registry but in binary code, If you access the binary code maybe someone would know how to convert it, Is this possible or am I talking rubbish ................. I'm not sure http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/suspic.gif.
edit : Just had another look, I have Camedia Master if this is the same software that you use go to photo or index then in the top right hand corner of the screen click the arrow under the help icon then select "About" the serial number is there.
BTW : The serial number is also on the splash screen but you need to be quick to read it http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif.

If you do what was said by ken and sparks, try hitting the pause key on your keyboard, maybe it will stop and allow you to write it down. Also if you can try and find adia32(which is longer made) or sisoft sandra, it usaully has key codes for all progs installed in your pc.
