Is this real? I've downloaded it and am playing as we speak (so much fun) but its strange how it just popped onto the scene from an unknown source.

the one you got is the "preview" version, which is been out for few days now. It's basically the full game with all levels, but doesn't have the final coding etc its one of them copy that gets sent to the magazing for review.... And i must agree its a great game.

Note :
We release this baby for severals reasons.
Firtst is 'cause we love this game
Second was to show people this is not so hard to have review copies,
lot of groups got somes, but do not release them 'cause you CAN'T know
if those review will be the same code as the finale or not, that's why
the scene only allow retails, with retail you are sure it is.
So stop complaining about nuked Review/Test Version and please,
TAG YOUR DIRS , do not let people think this kind of release is a finale

Hmmm...great stuff.

Would that be why there is no system link option? I would love to play this game on Kai - speaking of Kai does anyone have a tut on how to set it up/get it working as I've never experimented with anything like this.

I know you need Kai installed on the PC but do you need something running on the Xbox too?

Info would be appreciated.

yes there is System link play.. i played it lastnite in KAI.

Just install KAI in your PC, hook your xbox via network cable. load a game, got to System link then play it. check out FAQs and help section in their site http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/

Kai is installed and apparently working now - need someone to play against as there is no one there.

Single player is great - I'm on that mission where you have to go around at a constant speed now, well ard.

don't powerslide which cuts your speed too much esp before a zone,even it it means slowing down on a bend before a zone instead of drifting,grabbed my A on the last zone!

burpy - thats impossible. Without sliding you have to slow down to a crawl to get round the corners.

Let us into your secret tactics :D

What car are you using? I'm using the F50 and am considering trying it with one of the tamer cars.

hit the brakes before a turn then accelrate through the bend,gives you enough speed when you hit the zone -IF you take the right drivng line throught the bend,this will give you more speed than a powerdrift - difficult yes as you have to border line the accleration or it'll go into a drift

one i'm stuck on is the photo shot level. i can't even get one single shot. fook am i suppose to do? i tried drifting like hell aiming the heart, but no luck :mad:

I burnt the image of outrun2 and my xbox detects it as disk unknown. I got it from nora.org is there a different mode you have to burn it in?

redwolf - that level is easy once you get the hang of it. Drift (doesn't matter if you drift onto the grass - plenty of time in this challenge) and hit the accelerator to prolong the drifting. Wait till both of the "focus" objects line up and hit the Y button.
