Faulty Mobo with no controller function

Just got 3 boards in for repair. All had various faults none of them booted correctly, one had a faulty network port and a RAM fault.

Now they all boot, the network ports work, all the ram tests fine and they all boot to the Evox menu.

I'm using the same case, PSU, hard drive, dvd rom and leads

One of the mobo's, a v1.1, the controllers I have will not work. An aftermarket one the light comes on, but nothing else.

Anyone know what onboard device these hook up to so I can maybe change that.

Or anybody managed to fix a similar fault

i had this prob on a board i had :), couldnt for the lofe of me work out what went wrong, i know thers methods of fixing v1.0 no controller faults, on the daughterboards, but couldnt find anything for any higher versions m8

What did you do with this duff board lol.....sold it to some unsuspecting dimwit.....lol

How was this repaired on V1.0 boards then, I'll see if I can work anything out from there
