Lo all

don't know how many of you know this but splash DVD went under last week with a lot of customers still owed DVD's (including myself)

Anyone still owed DVD's by them should contact their credit / debit card Co straight away to get their money back, it should be easy with a credit card and some debit cards, as the bank will refund YOU and then THEY claim the money back from creditors I think anyway

theses are the 2 email I have had from then in the past week or so

Dear Sirs

TOPPERS (C.I.) LIMITED

We are sorry to report that, due to financial difficulties, it has proved necessary for the Company to cease trading with effect from noon on 9 March.

We attach a notice of a forthcoming meeting of the creditors (http://www.splashdvd.com/splash/notice1.pdf) of the Company. This creditors' meeting is scheduled to take place immediately following a meeting of the Company's shareholders at which a resolution to wind up the Company is being proposed.

It is hoped that any queries that you may have can be answered at the forthcoming creditors' meeting.

Yours faithfully

Communication for Internet Customers

Dear Sir or Madam

Due to the large number of Customers owed money by the above company it has been decided that it is uneconomical to communicate with you by regular post.

This decision is regretted but as there are approximately 22,000 then each posting to you would cost about £7,000 this decision is inevitable and rational.

In the future the progress of the liquidation will be available on www.splashDVD.com. The first item which shall appear will be the Statement of Affairs of the company as prepared by the Directors on 24 March 2004. This will be followed by a commentary by me on the likelihood of dividends for the respective classes of Creditors

This will be updated as and when news is available.

If you have any concerns please email me on splashinsolvency@yahoo.co.uk (splashinsolvency@yahoo.co.uk) and I will try answer you questions by means of the website. I shall not however enter into protracted correspondence.

Yours faithfully

Adrian Rabet BSc FCA
