just installed the x2 lite using pin header.when i connect the grey wire it starts then turns of it does this three times then powers up with no video and red flashing light.if i remove the grey wire it boots as normal.

any ideas?

were can i download latest bios to flash with external programmer?

check you pin headers and make sure they are soldered correctly and you have soldered the right pins in the right holes also you might want to use a rubber eraser or fiberglass pin to clean the d0 point before you solder to it and make sure you are not touching any other connections on the mobo

it stopped flashing after a reflash.but when the chip was in it never ejected for me to use bios disk.also when i put the chip back in all wires were ok i have had no problems with over 50 xbox installs but this chip after looking at the tracking underneath it was burnt also the nvidia chip on the board was smoking.so i have thrown this chip and exchanged the xbox.now waiting for xecuter 2.6 lite to arrive.
