Help with my chip please

Hi,i had my xbox fitted with the xceuter lite and it plays back ups no problem.
But when i disable the chip to go on live i get red flashing leds at the front and an error message on the screen saying i should contact customer services.
Has anyone any idea what the problem is and how hard it would be to fix.

newer games update your xbox dash and corrupt it from operating, I think it's something with the time at the time of the update, but anyway to fix it just use auto installer disc like slayers to rebuild the c: drive.

don`t know what it means and the guy who fitted the chip says he will fix it no probs
just wondering if its easy and maybe i could try it

Cheers all fixed now.
Just stuck in rainbow six 3 went to live without the cable in and it updated my dash.
