just wondering if anyone here has successfully loaded this game? i have burned it to two different media types using two different programs, and still no luck getting it to load...the release hasn't been nuked to my knowledge...please let me know if anyone has successfully loaded this game...and if so, what media, which program did you burn with and what chip do you have installed...any help is appreciated...

As you know its an INTERNAL release...

Ideally you need to run it from HDD WITH the HDD patch thats out there.

yeah, the reason it was released as an internal is because they didn't get it running from the hard drive, but they did from a disc apparently...then the hard drive patch was released after. but i don't have dashboard installed to load the game into my hard drive...oh well, no sweat...i wanted to check it out, but guess that's not gonna happen....thanks...

Hmm, I can't load it from disk. I tried it the original way & with the patch. I don't have a HD. I guess we need a XBE that loads it from disk?

I played it last night from dvdr. I extracted the iso I d/l-ed and replaced the default.xbe with the patched xbe file. Then I burned it as a data disk using record now max. It loaded up fine. I played quarters with the big booby chick and then she shot me down. Poor Larry didn't get any.

i burned to dvd and nothing i used the patch to stop nudity but doesnt boot at all havent seen a xbe patch anywhere im using tsop flashed xbox any ideas

got it working from hdd and dvdr using the same fixes as wykid. also patched the xbe with xbepatch to be on the safe side. using old school xbox with tsop and it worked fine.

I think some of us want to know how you did that.

I tried the game with an old chip by extracting the iso & putting in a new default.xbe & then making a new xbox iso three times but no go. The original format game is supposed to work fine, so I guess we need to know what you did to default.xbe.

I've seen people saying they use zxbtools (http://www.zonaxbox.net/zxbtools-op-history.html)for patching the debug default.xbe->retail. i've never used it as i have an x2 pro and play my games from hdd. you could give it a shot and see what happens i guess...

Don't use the nude patch from usa-xb if you play from hdd (you can buy the censorbar remover in the game anyway) as this messes up the wod hdd patch and you'll end up back at square one, doh!... plus you need to see a doctor if you like looking at naked game characters.:insane:

i burned the iso using stomp record now max,without patching it and it works fine.

ive got a xecuter 2 chip in mine.

Just burned it to a ritek and loaded fine on a tsop and aladdin chip. Didn't patch it either, straight from the .iso file. I used Alcohol 120% to burn the image.

I was having problems running it from the HD as well. In the end I used:

Leisure.Suit.Larry.UNCENSORED.FIX.WORKING-iND
Leisure_Suit_Larry_HDDFiX_iNTERNAL_XBOX-WoD

Haven't actually played the game but at least it loads up now - as opposed to "this game must be played from its original disc" warning or the "fade out of EvoX as its going to load but straight back to EvoX" events that the other fixes were causing.

If anyone is still having problems I can upload them if required.
