Ok heres the deal, ive been having this problem for over a month now and its getting really annoying.
I have a USB 2.0 External DVD burner and every once in a while when im in the middle of burning a dvd ( usually halfway ), it just stops and it says that the mass storage device has malfunctioned. Then a popup comes up and says " A USB 2.0 Device is plugged in a Non-High speed port and the device has malfunctioned. (Something like that) But i dont get it because all of my usb ports are all 2.0 :mad:
The way i fix it is i unplug the usb cord and plug it back in another port, and that lets the burner work again, then maybe 1-2 days later the problem comes again. This has been going on for the past month.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this? Any ideas on how to fix this?
