Several and I'm sure others will add to this question but some that I personally use:
RecordNow Max
CloneDVD or CloneDVD2
DVD Decrypter
- Merc.

DVD Shrink

Yup, I will go along with that. DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter are both freeware. IMHO Clone DVD and the other DVD Software in it's class isn't worth the bother anymore. Either go with the DVD Shrink/DVD Decrypter combo (or you can use Nero to burn if you want), or if you don't mind spending some money then DVD-Rebuilder and CCE are the way to go. Definitely start out with Shrink though, as it gives you a reference point at no cost.

Personally I think the DVD's come out better looking using CloneDVD (w/ Anydvd) than DVD Shrink. I never have anything stripped out other than subs and languages.

Have you used the latest version? (V3.2) if you haven't then you should give it a shot as there have been significant advancements in the quality enhancement options. ;)

No, no, no, no, no to RecordNow MAX! :D
Out of date, no newer drive support and the latest versions totaly screwed up by new owners Sonic. Last good working version was 4.5 which is eons old.
However.....
The original Italian duo that started it all off in the begining by creating Prassi Primo and then RNM but sadly sold out to Veritas many years back have created a new software that not only has the Old Prassi feel but works briliantly too! Will work with any drive due to it using Fuzzy Logic. I've been using it all week and am mighty well impressed, it's only 5mb too - bloatware it ain't for sure! :D
Nice bit over at CDFreaks about it:-
Prassi (http://www.prassitech.com/) , this name might give a warm fuzzy feeling to CD recording veterans. Once the Prassi Primo family was probably the most powerfull recording software available and it was very popular with a relative small amount of CD Freaks. In 2001 the software company was sold to Veritas who sold it's recording software to Sonic in 2002.
Now the Prassi burning engine can be found in the Recordnow (http://www.shareit.com/affiliate.html?affiliateid=70112&publisherid=50334&target=http%3A%2F%2Festore.sonic.com) series from Sonic, so the Prassi company has always been around but has been developing an engine, not a consumer product. However, good news for Prassi fans, users on our forum (http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?threadid=106552)are now reporting that Prassi is back with a product aimed at consumers. The software is called ONES (Optical New Edge Storage) and distributed by Traxdata (http://shop.traxdata.fr/) (and it seems mainly their French division).
The first reports of our users are promising. The software is 6 MB in size and is available for purchase at 15 EURO. A 60 day trial version can be downloaded (http://www.traxdata.fr/www/pdf/ONES_Trial_Setup.zip) to test it first. What makes this software 'special' is that it uses a technology that is named fuzzy logic. Fuzzy Logic is also used in many other technology products (even in washing machines (http://www.applianceplanet.co.uk/eshop/manuplst/103AEGLWMF.htm)) and is described as a problem solving method that provides a simple way to arrive at a definite conclusion based upon vague, ambiguous, imprecise, noisy, or missing input information and the methology can be compared on how a human would make a decision.
In this case mainly vague, imprecise and/or missing input could come in place as according to Prassi it is no longer using a predefined database to detect a drive, but gathering the information from the drive it self. So, concrete, the software will send an array of commands to the drive to see what it's capable of and then report back to the user what drive the user has and what it can do. Current software is based on a database of drives that are tested and then supported (software reads out the name of the drive and matches it with a predefined table that contains what it's able to do) . Besides the Fuzzy Logic approach, the software is also developed to become available on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
People who are intrested to try this software are encourage to download the trial (http://www.traxdata.fr/www/pdf/ONES_Trial_Setup.zip)
Download the 60 day demo here:- http://www.traxdata.fr/www/pdf/ONES_Trial_Setup.zip

I have to say that I am really pleased about the new release from Prassi. Nero and I have never gotten along and I was worried about what I was going to do when I have to upgrade my burner and can't use RNM V4.5 anymore. Now I know. ;)

Maybe it was a bad link. I will see if I can't dig up a new one for ya. ;)
You can download the trial version of Ones from here (http://shop.traxdata.fr/boutique/fiche_produit.cfm?type=ONES%20-%20Version%20de%20démonstration%20(2.0)&ref=ONES2_DEMO&code_lg=lg_us) or here (http://www.traxdata.fr/www/pdf/ONES_Trial_Setup.zip) to downoad Ones without going to the website, the download seems to work best with Internet Explorer.

You're welcome .... and thanks for pointing us to this program http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif.
I've just tried Ones for the first time, have to say I was very impressed, I have a movie that Alcohol and Nero have both failed to burn so I tried it with Ones (I know it wasn't a fair trial was it http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif) ....... burned and verified first time http://66.197.142.137/forums/images/smilies/t_up.gif, you can't really judge a burning program on one burn but it has to be worth more trial, apart from the burning abilities I like the interface of Ones, it's clean and tidy and the features are there to be seen without searching for them unlike some bloated programs these days, also 60 days trial ..... obviously a company that realises we don't all spend most of our time burning, on the basis of a short view and one burn I would say this program is definitely worth checking out.
