meh- you could do it your self too :)
there is a program out there called smartmovie (http://www.lonelycatgames.com/mobile/smartmovie/smartmovie.html) by lonely cat games, it is a player and comes with a compatible (pc based) encoder that gives you option of resizing the rez (6600 screen is 176 x 208- no point trying to put a 720x576 avi on there- you'll probably break the phone  if you can get the clip on there) and encoding with one of the supported codecs (xvid, divx etc.)- could porbably be done anyway with vdubmod anyway
quality is pretty good especially on a 6600 but seriously drains the batteries
i think you can also use real's helix producer to encode to play in the realplayer that usually comes installed with the 6600 as well.
just to give you an idea using smartmovie, with xvid, and i think 32kb/s mono mp3 (6600 is mono only anyway), i renencoded an ep of the simpsons and it came to about 20 odd megs i think- the novelty soon wears off though- and people look at you funny on the tube ;)

So we are talking 3gp/mp4 then?
Moving this to the MPEG4 forum.
i used PV author for mine, worked well and fast. it was quite simple to use but then i onmly tried it once so there could be faults that im not aware of
i have a p900 BTW but have sent clips to nokias through bluetooth
