'could not load initialization file' uninstall problem

installed desert combat a while back, but for some reason i cant un-install the damn thing. when i click to uninstall i just get the error message 'could not load initialization file'

although its doing no harm or taking up space i would still like to be rid of it.

any ideas peeps?

Install on-the-top and then try un-installing the same.
