Best WebCam Software?

Hi,

I Just got a new webcam and was wondering what is the best sort of software to use. Is there any software that can allow several people to talk to one another and see one another.

Has anyone heard of software that is able to do this?

i use yahoo im system, i can chat with 5 of my friens at the same time(meaning that i can see all 5 of them an they can se me), an heard that icq an some of the other do this to, i dont know of any stanalone program that does this,M$ has or had a program like that, forgot what it was calld
