avi to vcd

i am trying to get an avi file onto a vcd but it wont let me ...
i am trying to use nero ..
i am new to this so any help would be cool guys!!
what programme do i need etc etc etc
how and what do i need to convert it???:sick:

Nero will do it but not the best.

Try an encoder such as TMPGenc.

There are guides available in the FAQ Sticky in the VCD section or look on dvdrhelp.com

Alternatively if you want a simple few click process, have a look for a program called The Film Machine and use CCE to rencode.
